Nature of Management is Goal Oriented प्रबंधन लक्ष्य उन्मुख है

Management has no justification to exist without goals. Management goals are called organisational goals. Management is Integrative Force प्रबंधन एकीकृत बल है

Management is a social process because it is a concern with interpersonal relationships between the people working in an organisation. As a social process, management works to satisfy the needs of people associated with it.

Management is Multi-Disciplinary प्रबंधन बहु-अनुशासनात्मक है

Management has to deal with human behaviour under dynamic condition. Management draws its knowledge from several subjects like sociology, psychology, economics, marketing, finance, history etc.

प्रबंधन को गतिशील स्थिति के तहत मानव व्यवहार से निपटना पड़ता है। प्रबंधन समाजशास्त्र, मनोविज्ञान, अर्थशास्त्र, विपणन, वित्त, इतिहास आदि जैसे कई विषयों से अपना ज्ञान प्राप्त करता है।

Management is Intangible प्रबंधन अमूर्त है

Management is an unseen or invisible force. It cannot be seen or touched but its presence can be felt everywhere in the form of results.

प्रबंधन एक अनदेखी या अदृश्य शक्ति है। इसे देखा या छुआ नहीं जा सकता है लेकिन परिणामों के रूप में इसकी उपस्थिति हर जगह महसूस की जा सकती है।

Management is Art as well as Science प्रबंधन कला के साथ-साथ विज्ञान भी है

Management is a discipline involving specialized training & ethical code. As, science, it follows then proven set of principles which are universally acceptable. As art, it draws its knowledge from several theory and experiences which can be theoretically explained & diagrammatically expressed.
